Lingotify is a language learning application that helps users learn vocabulary through music, flashcards, and quizzes. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
4. User Accounts
Registration: To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
5. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier: Basic features including flashcard practice, quizzes, and limited vocabulary packs are available for free.
Premium Subscription: Additional features including AI song generation, custom vocabulary packages, and advanced statistics require a premium subscription.
Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
6. User Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create, such as custom vocabulary lists or playlists.
License: By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide our services.
AI-Generated Content: Songs and content generated by AI features are for personal learning use only.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Lingotify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to circumvent premium features
- Upload harmful or offensive content
- Interfere with the App's operation or security
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Resell or redistribute App content
9. Music and Third-Party Content
The App may reference or display lyrics from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party music or lyrics. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable copyright laws.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Specific learning outcomes or results
- Accuracy of all translations or content
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lingotify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lingotify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
